For this look I started off with a white base coat in order for the pinks and blues to show vibrantly. Next just put some of the polishes on to a foam wedge makeup sponge and sponge on to nail until desired look is reached. If it does not look good the first sponge KEEP ON SPONGING! Sponging is not a technique I am great at but once the topcoat is put on it all seems to work a little bit better!
